In the context of rapid urbanization and increasing housing demand, creating an application for searching and renting houses and rooms has become extremely necessary. The Homely application not only solves the difficulty of searching for housing information in the traditional way, but also brings transparency and safety to both tenants and landlords. This helps save time, effort and increases the efficiency of the process of searching and renting houses.
User goals
Users want to find a house or room that suits their needs in the shortest time possible. They expect the application to have a friendly, easy-to-use interface and flexible search filters, carefully censored information to ensure accuracy and reliability, and easy contact with the landlord.
Business goal
